Experience : Minimum 15 year in supervisory capacity in Tailoring Accessories, FMCG, Automobile, Stationery items or Items unit value less than Rs 1000
Skill : Aggressive and persuasive approach. Must have handled 20-30 people in multi-layered organization. Can motivate, Monitor the team and lead by example. Good at figure work. Good communication and convincing skill. Self-starter. Good at initiating. Good at systems if worked in ISO company then added advantage. Can handle 50 odd premium channel partner networks. Have proven track record of achievement and multiplication of Sales qty and value and earned awards and incentives Must have experience in launching of product in new market and new product. Appointment of new dealer. Can extensively travel 15-20 days in a month
