Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan. This state of India is located on the northwestern side of the country. It is one of the biggest states of India and shares the international border with Pakistan on the western side.

The streets are divided into six quarters, which are further separated by broad streets. These are nearly 111 feet wide. These quarters are also known as urban quarters and they have interlocking streets. They are located in the eastern, western and the southern part of the city.
